How do I place an order?

Online @ www.hatsandgifts.com or call us at 614-880-1230 and please leave us a message if you do not reach us personally and we will get back to you ASAP!
You may also fax us at 614-848-3190 your order information and please include your phone number so that we may call and confirm your order and get credit card information at that time.

How long does it take to ship a package?

We ship all orders within 7-10 business days. Ship time will vary depending on your location. Credit Cards are not charged until your merchandise is ready to leave our business. In the event of a back order or an item that is out of stock at the time your order is placed we will notify you immediately.

What payment options do you accept?

We gladly accept MC, VISA, and PAYPAL!

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately we can only ship within the US at this time.

How do you ship packages?

Most of our packages are shipped UPS ground or US Postal Service.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

UPS is our primary carrier and they do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address with your order. If P.O. Box is the only delivery option we will ship your order via the US Postal Service.
